One Brick, Two Brick…

Brick by Brick I am learning to rely on God for victory in areas of diet addiction. This blog began about trying to “control” my diet, and the journey has become about fully relying on God and the body He created to tell me when, how much, and what to eat.  This blog has followed me through a few diets and such.  I’m sharing it in the hopes that someone else might be helped along the way.
