365 Raw: Day 98 with “Shrinkage”

I can definitely tell I’m getting smaller. I bought a pair of slacks before going to Texas, and they are roomy already. Mostly I’m eating fruit and greens. I find that they don’t clog up my digestive system and I really prefer things to run more smoothly. Now, I do need to get back to running. It’s been too long of a break. Scheduling it has been a challenge lately.

What I read: Judges 6-16 (some read while out of town)

What I ate:

  • 5 bananas, 2 oz Kale, 2 oz spinach, 17 oz strawberries, 34 ml wheatgrass juice, 8 oranges juiced, sweet potato chips, apple juice

What I did: tried to get caught up from being gone

Here are the notes I made regarding my symptoms throughout Day 98:

  • slowed digestion (gas, abdominal pain, bloating)
  • headaches
  • puffy hands, feet, and face
  • sinus congestion
  • dry/itchy eyes, skin, and scalp
  • acne
  • aching muscles and muscle spasms
  • foggy brain
  • irritability
  • mood swings
  • blood sugar fluctuations
  • fatigue
  • unable to sleep well
  • unquenchable thirst
  • cravings
  • chest pain
  • cold soreslast one 1/13/2013
  • kidney stones – eliminated when we went vegan Oct 2011
  • tooth pain – root canal 3/22/2013
  • sensitive teeth
