I can definitely tell I’m getting smaller. I bought a pair of slacks before going to Texas, and they are roomy already. Mostly I’m eating fruit and greens. I find that they don’t clog up my digestive system and I really prefer things to run more smoothly. Now, I do need to get back to running. It’s been too long of a break. Scheduling it has been a challenge lately.
