I’ve been sleeping a lot since yesterday’s root canal adventure. I’ve been a bit behind on sleep lately, and it feels like my body is trying to catch up now that I’m not in pain. I did throw up most of my smoothie (and antibiotic) this morning because I didn’t time my meds correctly. Not fun.
On the upside, I haven’t been eating overt fats these last few days. My digestion has been fabulous and I’m feeling far less bloated. I’m sure this, coupled with being pain-free is helping me to sleep so much better.

What I ate:
- 5 bananas, 2 oz Kale, 2 oz spinach, 34ml wheat grass juice, (but I threw up half of my morning smoothie) 17 oz strawberries, 8 oranges juiced, 16 oz apple juice (because I was afraid I would throw up my meds if I took them with water)
What I did: um, slept a lot
