365 Raw: Day 80 with “Energy”

Eighty days in! I’m really surprised I’ve made it this far. Skimping on the calories yesterday (not on purpose) bit me in the rear when it came time for my run today. I felt really sluggish. So, I tried to eat more today in the hopes of helping myself out a bit tomorrow. Over the past few days I’ve beefed up my green smoothie slightly by adding another ounce of greens & a third banana. Of course, as I mentioned yesterday, I also added wheatgrass juice. The wheat grass juice tore up my tummy a bit today too. I’ve read that this can happen when you first start taking it. I’m hoping it’s temporary.

Other than the run, I felt better today than I have lately. More alert. I don’t know if it’s the wheatgrass, or if it’s all in my head, but I am hopeful that more “feel good” days are coming.
