365 Raw: Day 78 with “Reactions”

Yes, I should know this by now, but last night I just didn’t feel like taking the time to fix myself a green smoothie (which was my plan for dinner today). The eight year old and I were watching a movie and she had potato chips, so I got out some raw “sea crackers” and raw mango salsa. Then I had some kind of raw cocoa ball thing and a raw nut bar. So, basically lots of nuts, seeds, and dehydrated fruit. My body reacts rather quickly to what I eat these days and it clearly does not like these items. My stomach is crampy, I feel super thirsty, and sluggish.

So, I think I really should avoid these items because they make me feel yucky. The point of this journey is to feel better. I’m a bit disappointed because I was excited about finding some crunchy raw stuff (besides celery and carrots lol).
