365 Raw: Day 68 with “Hives”

Well, apparently my body is not happy about something. Last night, after eating some sea crackers, my lip started to behave like it would yield forth a cold sore, so I took a pro-biotic capsule. Soon after, I had a couple of hives break out on my face. I think it’s the crackers and pro-biotic, but I have broken out in hives after drinking naked juice before (although never with green machine). Every time I’ve had hives in the last year, it has been during the lovely monthly… so, could that have something to do with it too? I really don’t know, but I’m not loving these reactions.
