They’re forecasting 6-10 inches of snow tonight and tomorrow… I’ve got to admit, I sure hope they are right. It’s been a while since the kids and I had a snow day. So, I’m hopin’ and prayin’ for a beautiful blanket of snow. We’ve already got about an inch or so out there.
Homeschool co-op went well today, but I’m a bit tired. Saying “good-night”… I’ll be dreamin’ of a snowy rest day.

What I ate:
- Breakfast -Green Smoothie (6oz AJ, 6oz CW, 2 bananas, 2 oz Kale, 2 oz spinach, 6 oz strawberries)
- AM Snack – 8 oranges juiced
- Lunch – kale chips, date rolls…. really wanted potato chips today
- Dinner – Raw Spaghetti Bolognese (leftover)
- PM Snack – 7 oranges juiced & raw energy bites
