We had one of those unusually busy Tuesdays. So, when I got home too late to fix dinner in a timely manner, the Husband ordered pizza (vegan) for everyone but myself and the 10 year old. I think she’s having french fries for dinner… um, yeah, totally healthy… not. Of course, the pizza isn’t stellar nutrition either, but it’s just one of those kinds of nights. Well, knowing that the house would be filled with the smell of two of my most favoritest things, I thought I’d try out another of Allison’s recipes: Spaghetti Bolognese.
Sweet fancy Moses! Yum! I did half the recipe. I didn’t have that many cherry tomatoes and I didn’t have chives… but it’s still really yummy! Oh and those are zucchini “noodles”
