I went for a run today… and I smiled the whole time. I felt as though I could run forever. This doesn’t happen too often, so when it does, I embrace it. So I smiled.

What I ate:
- Breakfast -Green Smoothie (6oz AJ, 6oz CW, 2 bananas, 2 oz Kale, 2 oz spinach, 6 oz strawberries)
- AM Snack – 8 oranges juiced
- Lunch – 5 bananas
- Dinner – Green Smoothie (6oz AJ, 6oz CW, 2 bananas, 2 oz Kale, 2 oz spinach, 6 oz strawberries)
- PM Snack – Date rolls
What I did: 2.3 mile run (with another .2 walk warm up), pushups
Here are the notes I made regarding my symptoms throughout Day 55:
slowed digestion(gas,abdominal pain,bloating)
