Yes, that’s right, I had BBQ last night. Thanks to Rory’s Raw BBQ Portabella Mushroom Recipe, I had a meal with a bit of a kick. I didn’t eat this entire plate of mushrooms. I only had about three slices in my wrap. It was a nice change of pace and fortunately, didn’t taste a whole lot like mushrooms. Special thanks go out to the Husband for preparing them for me.
Recipes aren’t something I like to do very often on the raw diet. I watched a video on how to make raw vegan pizza last night. The video was done in fast motion, was edited significantly and it was still over 8 minutes long. I guess when your recipe takes days to complete, 8 minutes isn’t that long. By the end, I was thinking, “I don’t think I want pizza that badly.”
Well, I’m 42 days in… Six weeks down… wow.
