Day 33 found me craving chips. I saw a recipe for Kale chips, but I don’t have a dehydrator. The Husband found some packaged Kale chips (94% raw), so I gave those a try. They were ok. They did help with my chip craving, but I don’t think they are sitting on my tummy too well. PMS week is really messing with me – which I think is why I’m having some cravings too.

- Breakfast – 5 oranges
- AM Snack – 1 bananas
- Lunch – 10 oz blueberries, 4 servings Kale Chips
- Afternoon Snack – 2 glasses of apple juice
- Dinner – Green Smoothie (6oz apple juice, 6oz coconut water, 2 bananas, 2 oz kale, 2oz spinach, 7oz strawberries)
- PM Snack – 4 oranges juiced
What I did: 33:43 minute run/walk at a very slow pace.
