365 Raw: Day 26 with “Less Blech”

I woke without an alarm on Day 26. The bed was warm, and to be honest, I wasn’t excited about getting out of it… yes, even to go to church. Of course, worship proved to be totally worth the effort of getting out of bed and getting ready.

scaleI’ve really been working on getting in more water and figuring out where to add few extra calories. I think I was able to add on about 300 yesterday, but today, since I wasn’t working out, I kind of went with whatever I felt like doing. My stomach is feeling less yucky, and I’m hopeful that the trend will continue toward the positive.

Since today is supposed to be a rest day. I’m going to do just that and close without further to say on the subject.
