I woke up the morning of Day 9 feeling “OK”. Another late night and early morning. I actually fell asleep on the couch first. However, I was very much awake all day. WooHoo!!
I’m really amazed that I actually enjoy my big salad now. For the past year, I would usually drink my greens. Last night the family watched The Odd Life of Timothy Green while we ate dinner. Such a sweet movie. Of course, none of us have leaves growing on our legs, but most of us could use a bit more “green” in our lives.
It seems that Popeye was on to something. Check out this article, Ten reasons why leafy greens are the power players on any plate. Then, go out and get some!
