The other day, I downloaded a copy of the P90X fitness test to do as a baseline before beginning this 30 day challenge. With the help of my kids, I performed this test yesterday (without the pull-ups because I don’t have a pull-up bar). The test was definitely a challenge and I fully expected to be terribly sore today… but I’m not. I think that has something to do with the vegan diet we’ve been following.
I will not purposely practice the exercises in order to perform better on the test in 30 days. However, I will exercise and sometimes that might include some push-ups.
