not so sweet sleep

I managed to avoid the ice cream again last night (Thank you, Lord).  I had strawberries instead.  I was so sore from all the workouts I’ve gotten in this week that I didn’t sleep well.  I’m hurting even more today and am retaining water as a result.

Today is my “free-day”.  I am taking one day off a week from my nutrition plan because I live in real life that includes date nights, birthdays, holidays…etc.

I’m contemplating a nap this afternoon while the kids have quiet time.  I need some sleep.
